While executing MRRL transaction for ERS the above mentioned error is common. It occurs because the condition record has not been set. Following are the steps to rectify the error.
1. Go to the Maintain Conditions screen
Transaction: SPRO
IMG Menu: Materials Management– Logistics Invoice Verification – Message Determination – Maintain Conditions
2. In Create condition screen - Give output type as ERS and select KEY combination
3. In the Condition Records screen enter the partner, company code and other required details. Click on the communication tab and enter the necessary values
Once the condition record has been set the Automatic Invoice generation can be done by executing the MRRL transaction.
